The IMW is pleased to offer a new course entitled “Microwave Theory” from the coming summer semester. This course is aimed at students of electrical engineering and information technology and related courses who wish to acquire a profound understanding of high-frequency technology.
High-frequency engineering plays a crucial role in many modern technologies, including mobile communications, satellite communications and radar systems. This new course provides a comprehensive introduction to the theoretical and practical principles of this exciting field. Topics covered include electromagnetic wave propagation, radio frequency circuits, antenna technology and measurement and simulation techniques.
