The IMW is pleased to offer a new course entitled “Radar and Radio Navigation in Aviation” from the coming winter semester. This course is aimed at students of electrical engineering and information technology and related courses who wish to acquire a profound understanding of the operating principle of radar and navigation engineering in aviation.
The lecture covers the functioning of current systems used in air traffic control and for general airspace surveillance worldwide. Further information can be found on the course website.
