On the 27th of August the "Zukunftsmobil" of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science was supported by the Institute of Microwave and Wireless Systems again. The occasion was this time the Maker Faire at Hannover Congress Centre, the annual highlight for technophiles and creative minds. As seen at previous events the cute dinosaur robot named Pleo was the main attraction for many young visitors, but also the other technical exhibits such as a camera-based distance measurement system and a digital audio amplifier attracted many curious and interested people.
